Both parcels will sell as a whole. Previously developed as a home site with a mobile home, 2 sheds and a horse shelter. The mobile home has burt and is down to the deck. The gravel drive is in great shape which crosses the Courtright property with an easment. The easment is only given for the first parcel. If you would want to build a house on the second parcel you would have to use the easment provided as you drive down Webb Road. The property is very scenic and has great elevation changes. The lots are heavily wooded and have a stream with a couple of small ponds. There are quite a few pvc posts around the property which are  survey stakes. The neighbor in the second driveway knows the property very well if you have any questions. Pine tree lined driveway. Signs of deer and other wildlife. The 3 out buildings are in decent shape. The current owner has dumped garbage in 3 or 4 areas of the property including some tires and a small boat. With the trash cleaned up this will make someone a great retreat. The property is on well and septic. I believe the septic has never been approved by the county. Located in the Wayne National Forest area. Falls Gore Township. Tract sizes are 6.716 acres and 6.353 acres. You could sell them separately. Survey approved by the county. Tax value from Hocking county is $88,800.

Vacant land. Park at the red gate and walk up the lane to the property. There is an easement across the neighbor's property. Once you walk past the large posts on each side of the lane you will be on the property. Call auctioneer with questions. Numerous white stakes mark the bourndaries. When you turn on Webb Rd. you can bypass the first 2 driveways on your left and remain on Webb Rd. to view the road frontage for both properties. It is recommended that you park by the driveway and walk up Webb Rd. because it is a very small and rough township road. Signs on the left will mark the road frontage for both properties.
