How do you get paid ?? Here's how: (Each Auctioneer may have their own policy on compensation. Please check with the appropriate Auctioneer.)

Educate your client on the value of the property.
Attend a viewing and the Auction with your client.
Submit a written opening bid (form provided below) no less than 48 hours prior to the Auction.
If your client is the successful buyer and closes on the property, your brokerage will receive 1% of your client's high bid amount.
Exclusions to compensation: If our company has had any previous contact with the client regarding the property.
