More Information

AUCTION CANCELLED DUE TO ARSON. PROPERTY HAS BEEN SIGNIFICANTLY DAMAGED.

This is a Foreclosure Auction ordered ordered by the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, Case # 2018 CV 01897, Civista Bank vs. Michael K. Fox, et al. The foreclosure process clears all liens and encumbrances on the subject property.

The property sells regardless of price, subject only to Court confirmation.

The purchaser shall be responsible for those costs, allowances, and taxes that the proceeds of the sale are insufficient to cover. (This would typically only be in effect for a property that sells for less than the amount of taxes that are owed.)

For the avoidance of doubt:  If the purchase price is insufficient to pay taxes, court costs, and the costs of the Private Selling Officer, then the purchaser, in addition to the amount of the purchaser's bid, must pay a sum which, with the amount so bid, will be sufficient to pay the taxes, court costs, and the costs of the Private Selling Officer.

Note: At the time of this posting, there is approximately $82,000 in unpaid taxes (see above notice). This amount is subject to change based on closing date. Please check with County Auditor on any tax related questions.
