The property sells with a minimum opening bid of $15,000 which is a reduction of the original Court appraised value of $50,000.

The successful bidder must wire or directly deposit the required amount of $5,000 into the Chase Bank trust account for Ohio Sheriff Sales by 5pm the day of Auction. Credit cards may also be taken for the deposit along with a 3% processing fee.

The real estate is sold As-Is, Where-is with no buyer contingencies for financing, inspection or otherwise. All desired inspections (if avaiable) must be completed and necessary financing arranged prior to auction day.

Balance and closing required within 30 days of Court confirmation.
