This is a foreclosure auction ordered by the Erie County Common Pleas Court. The foreclosure process clears all liens and encumbrances on the property.

No minimum, as set by the Court Order. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the high bid to obtain the final selling price.

The buyer will immediately write a check for $5,000 as a deposit on the property. If there are no bids at the auction on April 12th, there will be a second auction conducted on April 19th @ 1PM at the same location as the first auction (on-site).
